Special Orders:
We gladly take special orders. We require a $5 deposit on hardcovers, or at the discretion of the bookseller. (If a book
cannot be obtained, the $5 is refundable.) We will ship orders via UPS at their standard delivery rate. We can take payments
for special orders and shipping by phone (212 239-0311).
If an item is available with our local distributor, a special order can be filled within the same day if placed by 9am on
weekdays, or by the next day if placed after 9am on weekdays. If an item is out of stock, we will continue to place the special
order with up to 3 more out-of-state distributors. We may not be able to obtain certain titles, and we cannot order out-of-print
books, textbooks, professional/technical books, or any book designated as a short discount.
Privacy Statement:
Penn Books does not require personal information from our customers, nor do we collect any personal identifying information
unless you knowingly provide it. Likewise, we do not give, sell, or transfer any personal information to a third party, except
with your expressed permission.
Data Collection for Statistics
To aid in web site management, certain information is collected for statistical purposes. The Service's specialized software
creates summary statistics, which are used for such purposes as assessing what information is of most and least interest to
our customers, determining technical design specifications, and identifying system performance or problem areas.

Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986 and the National Information Infrastructure Protection Act.
